O.K. there are a few of these that I have to comment on...
First of all, no ice cream is not a snack...Hello, it is SO one of the major food groups =-) If we do not have ice cream in the fridge then it is time to go to the store!!!!
Next, LOVE North Carolina...in what part of the Carolinas did you live. We have family in the Waynesville/Canton area about 20 minutes west of Asheville.
And lastly, interesting fact...Josh's Tenn. Aunt and Uncle breed Tenn. Walking Horses.
And those were my random thoughts.
