Not Back to School Blog Hop: Student Photo Week

Not Back to School Blog Hop

I'm a little late in posting my contribution to the Not Back to School Blog Hop this week. Now that we're back into the swing of full-time school, that obviously means less time for other things, such as blogging. And taking pictures. Both of which were required for Student Photo Week.

However, today I finally rounded everyone up and snapped a few. Are they prim and polished like the many collections of professional school photos our parents collected over the years? Well, no.... but they're real! Consider it a snapshot into my daily life. This is what homeschooling 5 boys often looks like (minus swords, legos, and cars, which were not allowed in the picture):

I think that's about as good as its going to get!

Welcome to my world! Its a rowdy and loud one, but it comes with lots of smiles and giggles, too. :-D For more fun Not-Back-to-School Student Photos, be sure to check out the Blog Hop!

Stopping in (a little behind) on the TOS blog walk and enjoying your blog! Busy with 5 boys! I have 6 kids, 4 are boys, and there is truly never a dull moment. Grace to you!

Great pictures. Homeschooling gets pretty real doesn't it? But, God is doing a great work in our homes.

Wow. Precious. We're starting our first homeschool year of preK with my daughter in September.
I will definitely have to take a picture.

Swords? Have you found any that are semi-safe? I would love some boy toy recommendations.
