The too recent image of other young, but grown, brothers, and a young husband, working together, straining muscles - to lift and carry a casket - of their much too young sister and wife - with a burden in their hearts far heavier than the wooden box they carry in their arms.
A flash, an instant, and heartbreak overwhelms.
I thank you all so much for your continued prayers and love. I hope that no one minds if I occasionally voice the reality of our journey as we travel through grief, hand in hand with the Lord.

I like this. It's a process, and this shows that you are real.
We pray for you often. Please pass our love on to Michael as well.
((hugs))
Oh, Erin! My heart is catching in my throat. My prayers are with you as they have been.
we still pray for you often. we who did not even know her get teary eyed when we think about it, so i know your grief has to be still very real.
I know how it can be. My prayers are with you. I know how it feels too much.
